Welcome to the Abby Dads Program at Abbotsford Community Services! We offer programs, activities and support for Abbotsford dads. For instance, we provide:
- My Daddy and Me (Saturday Father and Child breakfast )
- Monday Night Floor Hockey
- Dads and Kids at Play (Monday evening play group)
- Anger Awareness Courses (Level I, II, and III)
- Educational Upgrading
- Parenting Groups
- Individual Support
- Family Justice Seminars
At Abbotsford Community Services, we believe that fathers play a crucial role in the development of their children. Several years ago we realized that there were many supports and activities out in the community for moms, but very few for fathers. We now have an ever- growing choice of different types of activities for dads and their children, as well as for dads only.
We know that positively involved fathers are valuable to their children, their family, and their community.
